I would advise to everyone do not call to them since they are broker and they do not have a one crew even. If you call them now to book a move they say we are professional and we will do that but company sends to another moving companies to do that job. There is a people who name is John, he so rude on the phone and charges the customer extra and extra. As I have a moving company we did their one customers job but they charged the customer too much therefore PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM TO BOOK JOB

I used Liberty Bell to move my things from Lakewood to Colorado Springs. I was informed the whole time about the status of their delivery and my move went well with there help. The staffs were very professional and friendly. My belongings arrived in great condition.
Terrible moving company. After setting up with them, would not answer calls or call back. Seemed nice up front but not after down payment. Was told that they would pick up in a range of days but most likely on a certain day. On day of pick up, would not answer phone calls again, and when finally answered said they were unable to pick up stuff. They could potentially pick up stuff for SUBSTANTIALLY more price. I can not say it more, they are terrible and unhelpful.
I am very upset with Liberty Bell Moving Group. I was called by one of their agents who claimed they would give me a 70% discount for my move from Colorado to Ohio due to they coincidentally had a truck on that route that needed filled. I informed her I hadn't packed yet, was just looking ahead of time to get an idea of how much it would cost. She told me to give her an estimate of my belongings. I told her about my furniture and that the last time I moved I filled a 26 ft uhaul to the brim. She said that was good enough and she would get back to me with an estimate. She told me over the phone and in an email that "2255 worst case". She rushed me to pay the 850 deposit using sales tactics that someone else could get this 70% off deal if they paid the deposit before me. I paid the deposit (like an idiot). AFTER paying it she sent over a link for the agreement I had to sign where she had put at the very bottom, after all the fine print, that I only had 20 small boxes. I called her immediately to inform her I would have much more than that, and that the link to change the inventory list doesn't work. She told me to not worry, that the drivers are cool and would work with me. I didn't trust that so I sent multiple emails and called the company several times. The day before the movers arrive the quality control agent FINALLY calls me back. I explained all the details to him. Bottom line, he refused to refund my 850 deposit and told me the final cost would be about 2,000 more than Ashley had quoted me. That's almost double! I'm a single mom and unemployed. I can not pay that amount and now have to get rid of 1/2 of my belongings because Liberty bell is scandalous and immoral.
DO NOT EVER go with Liberty Bell Moving Group!!! On the day they are supposed to arrive they dont show up or answer my calls! Finally at 3pm they called back and said they had to cancel and that if we still wanted to be moved it would be substantially more money! They also cannot tell us when they are going to refund me. This has been the worst experience! They are just scamming people!!
If there is any negative way of rating then I would like to give negative stars for this moving comapny. They are big time cheaters. DOnt ever book with them. I booked and paid in advance and till last minute I was not told about truck available and kept me in dark. They kept on postponing it saying no truck in my area and when I asked for refund they are not giving the money back as it was over cancellation window. I lost my money time, energy for this cheating company. Dont ever book this company for your movement, they will add extra tension along with your movement and loose money and energy talking to them for their worst service.
