I had a very traumatic experience here, perpetrated by a therapist, her chain of command, and the executive director's assistant/patient advocate. I am not paranoid, delusional or any kind of addict. They continued to cause great harm for months afterward, and seemed to delight in it. They laughed at me. These are not good people. They have no business around any kind of patient. Horrible, narcissistic monsters.

I tried to locate my brother who has been a patient there for over 20 yrs and the main receptionist woman treated me like i had no right to locate him..that was over 5 yrs ago now..the ppl who work there are very rude to family trying to locate a family mbr lost in the system..Their staff is the worst. At this point I will have to go over their collective heads and call the State and make a complaint to get any info as to where my Brother is in their system and maybe get the local media involved as well

I felt the male psychiatrist had a difficult time listening to my mental health history and present concerns and his approach on treatment was incredibly old fashioned leaving me with no input on MY health. In the end, he is a child psychiatrist who usually deals with minors and maybe he forgot that he was dealing with an adult who may have a stronger opinion on their treatment plan. I switched facilities immediately and received a more cooperative treatment plan.

My five star rating goes for the front desk team located on the 2nd floor. The ladies are always so friendly and speedy to assist thank you!!! 1st Floor front desk team needs more training unfortunately they had us waiting nearly an hour before we found out that we were not checked in correctly from the beginning so, the provider never knew that we were waiting. Also some of the front desk associates were found to be on their cell phones while we checked in so I found that be rude and careless. Hopefully they get to read this review and change their rude habits.

This is for your lovely receptionist, who was anything but lovely. I called on behalf of my brother and hung up in tears. Thank goodness he didn't call! It would behoove you, as a mental health provider, to provide compassion training or hire compassionate people for your front end, which is tasked with receiving and HELPING the vulnerable and fragile.
