I love working for Mile High Home Care. The office staff are so nice and on top of everything. I've been a caregiver for over a year and we have the best clients and a great scheduler. Great work environment!

I have been with Mile High Home Care for 10 months now. I was very excited when I found this company! The owner/operator and office staff are extremely kind and helpful. I like that I can tell them what I’m looking for as far as help with the services I need. I also like that as a client, if you have questions or concerns, you can address it with the staff at any time and they are more than happy to accommodate you. As with any company, it is natural to go through some trial and error; but I appreciate the fact that the office staff is always willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs. So, if by chance you don’t find the perfect match with the home care provider they send out to help you, you are always welcome to request a new provider. Because I live on the third floor it’s necessary for my health care provider to be young and fit and able to make multiple trips up and down the stairs carrying heavy/multiple items every time they’re here. I can also change the days/hours that I need the provider to come in. Their office systems are updated and current with the times so you no longer need to fuss with pen and paperwork each visit. The only regrets I’ve had with this company, has been having to saying goodbye to the providers that I have truly grown to love and appreciate. But, I have always been fortunate enough to have them send out yet another wonderful person to take the place of the provider that I’ve lost due to moving/schedule changes. I have in the past, received services through other companies that provided in-home health care and I can honestly say that none of the other companies could compare to Mile High Home Care! I look forward to spending many years with this company! Mile High Home Care has been a dream come true!
