DO NOT GO THERE. ** WARNING ** READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I ignored the negative reviews...do not not make the same mistake. Police report being filed! Fraudulent activity! Theft! Long story short: They sold me a broken and potentially lethal item. They refused refund. Lied. They rescinded the refusal but then never gave me the refund. They gave me a fake receipt showing a refund. They stole the item and stole my money!!!! No-return policies do not apply legally when items are broken so, go straight to the police then to court if they do this to you. Document everything and record your calls. I did and I'm glad I did. First: Download a free voice recording app from google play store. Worth it. Tell them you are recording when you speak to them. This covers you legally. Second: Document all dates, times and names of the people you spoke with. Third: Document the amount of time you spent doing these things. Document all the money you lost due to their negligence. Fourth: file a police report before filing court documents. Fifth: Once the police report is filed get a lawyer or attourney. You can also file court documents yourself. File in the city which the fraudulent activity occurred. Lastly, for Denver and Boulder courts, the max amount you can file for is 7500.00. If your losses and suffering exceed that amount find an attourney. The attourney will tack on the legal fees to the suit. BUYER BEWARE!!
