I had a great experience customer service wise, but I definitely bought a USED bong. When we got home and looked closely, you can see resin still on the inside, and it smelled like ash mixed with bong cleaner. I paid 70 for a used bong during a pandemic. I feel grossed out not knowing who used it or why it was even for sale as a ‘new’ piece. The shop might look cool, but don’t take the risk.

Horrible! Was just there to make a 387.00 purchase, woman was in her phone the whole time and wouldn’t help with wraps, got my new piece picked out and ready to check out, the guy couldn’t get the register to work.. and kept me standing there.. finally walked out.. cause he didn’t know what was going on with the register! Customer service was a joke, owner please check your cameras.. 1:37 January 4.. your staff is costing you sales.
