We had our garage door opener replaced about a year ago by One Clear Choice and that went really well. Had a broken spring in our garage yesterday and was able to schedule an emergency visit with their tech (cost a little extra but we needed to get the car out). Chad did a great job communicating the details of the repair and the costs, and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes. Also replaced the seal on the bottom of our garage door. I really like the detailed work reports and email invoices that One Clear Choice provides for each project as well.

Great work done by this company.The work was clean and organized. See attached photos. Tech was on time and professional. He took the time to program the garage door and explain all the features. I would definitely use this company again.
Your technician, Matt VanSickle, showed up within the agreed upon time window and was able to quickly fix the problem I was having with the garage door He then suggested a couple of equipment upgrades (rollers and a reinforcing bracket) that were needed because the company that built the house use low-grade components. Now the garage door works great and I feel comfortable that the door will pose no problems in foreseeable future. I'm very pleased with the work Matt did and that he was able to respond quickly to fix the problem. I'll definitely call One Clear Choice Garage Doors if I need anything else done to my garage door.
after five months I’ve had enough. One clear choice was contracted through Home Depot to install my garage door the technician left without installing the main door opening button located inside the garage they came out a second time and said that the brand new garage door opener that we purchased came with a defective button, the button was replaced and it still did not work so that means that the wiring/install was the issue after calling multiple times and waiting fiveMonths they have still yet to resolve my issue so I had to pay again and call another company Rays garage door, They promptly came and resolved my issue and even did it for free I would never recommend this company to anyone. Let me restate the Home Depot did it’s job perfectly by providing me with a great brand new garage door opener however one clear choice failed to install it and failed to fix the problem after five months of me constantly calling them
Travis from One Clear Choice was great. He fixed and updated both of our garage doors and also lubricated the springs and tracks. He did a great job! We have used One Clear Choice in the past and they have always been honest and have done a great job at a fair price. Will definitely use them again.
I'm beyond glad One Clear Choice was recommended to me, and that I gave them a call. This company is amazing! The technician came out promptly, explained to me what needed to be fixed, and then fixed it on the spot. No ned to make a future appointment for repair! He took photos of the damage, the repair, checked out the garage door opener, and provided a 10page report! Excellent prices, meticulous techs, and someone who I will 100% hire in the future if needed!
Probably one if the best service technicians I have ever met. Reyes did a fantastic job explaining everything to me and had the repair done in no time at all. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your garage door needs.
