Really disappointed. I loved going to get my hair done by Nicole, but was really sad with their company policy. I completely missed our appointment- I am a social worker and had a hard week and my brain lapsed. I was charged my full hair appointment amount of 70 dollars. I completely understand a service fee, but to charge someone the complete amount of the hair appointment is not thinking of the customer. Possibly think about the future money you could make when I would’ve paid a service fee, rescheduled, and most likely tipped more the next time for my previous mistake and continued to bring service there.

There’s only 3 stylist but they all do an amazing job! Small, eclectic salon, with 3 AMAZING stylists! Beautiful, modern yet classic & clean space with stylists that know the classics but are also up to date with their knowledge on styles. Nicole is my and my boyfriend’s stylists and does a fantastic job every time (which girls, as you know is hard to find a quality stylist). She listens, provides feedback & gives quality input. Does great with men’s and women’s cuts! I’ve found my permanent stylist for the remainder of my time here in Denver. I would drive 6 hours to see Nicole!!!

Not only was this salon super understanding when I missed my first appointment because of work and needed to reschedule, but everyone I met who works here is incredibly friendly. Hailey H. was outgoing, friendly, quick, and skilled. She gave a me a great haircut in about half the time it takes other stylists to do the same work. I was also very appreciative of her teaching me how to style my hair instead of just sending on my way after she finished blow drying. I have had multiple people ask about my hair (including strangers) in the few days since I had it cut. The salon space is also cute with great pieces of art on the walls - a nice atmosphere! Highly recommend!

The sustainable concept at this salon is impressive! I love the Kevin. Murphy products they use there also which embody the sustainable concept as well and smell heavenly. Paul Salas is amazing and had me feeling wonderful by the time I was finished with my cut, color and style. I definitely recommend this salon:)

Oracle Salon is wonderful - from the décor to the stylists! Nicole takes the time to listen to what I'd like and educates on tips and products to make sure I can have good hair days in between hair appointments! 10/10 would recommend.
