I've been here on a regular basis! This is not only a dentist office but a family! They are truly wonderful and there attention to detail is perfect! I am a patient at another Perfect Teeth location but wanted to try this one since it was so much closer to home. I went in for my routine 6 month cleaning. HUGE Mistake! If you enjoy being talked down to by a Hygienist (Howard), told you need 800 worth of services (out of pocket after insurance), misdiagnosed and misquoted on services and prices this is your place. I was told I had severe gum recession, periodontal disease, my gums were bleeding, my teeth were loose and I required a deep cleaning. Never even saw the Dentist at this point! This was all Howard’s opinion. I walked out went back to the other Perfect Teeth location. I did have some gum recession in a few areas like 3 teeth and of course my teeth were not loose nor did I need 800 of out of pocket services. The young lady that took my X-Rays was very nice and professional and was not surprised when I walked out. Like it happens often.

Paeola, doesn't follow through on anything. Very disorganized and flighty. Every since Dr. Fu left it's an awful practice. I will be changing offices. Howard the Hygienist is very unprofessional. They overall treat people horribly and with no dignity.

Haven't got my refund back!! Over charge me in August 2019 . Call the office few times in October, December, 2019 and January 2020. Now no one is working to solve this problem.

This specific location and the dentistry in general handle client relationships very poorly. During my initial consultation, I was told that they are having some issues with my insurance and that they are unable to tell me if any of the charges will be covered. Dr Howard told me that I have some severe gum regression and permeated bacterial infection that needs to be treated immediately. I have never had any dentist told me that before. The treatment would cost 2000 but there is no telling if any of this will be covered by insurance. So I tell them to let me know once they hear back from the insurance. Ut's been two weeks, nobody reached out to me, and I've called every day multiple time to get ahold of anyone to transfer my XRays over to a different, professional and legitimate dentistry. If you care about your health, take your business elsewhere.
