Highly recommended! Everything from making the appointment to getting answers from the technician to all my questions was part of an outstanding customer service experience. One of the two springs used by our opener had broken. I received notice of the arrival of the tech and was able to track his approach on my phone to be ready when he arrived. He was very professional, explained everything, recommended changing both springs, but without any pressure. I decided to do it and have peace of mind that the opener will operate trouble free for a good while. After fixing the springs, he tested them, after turning down the up-force setting from 7 to 3 to make sure everything was operating smoothly. I will call Garage OverHead Doors first the next time I have garage door trouble.
