Very bad management.. She is very rude and there's never no parking. And there's alot of activity all night.
Would like to speak to the owner the people running the office said they will throw my mail in the trash instead of giving it to me or just sending it back some shady people
When you are poor, this is the best place to go. No hard core druggies allowed from what i hear. Visited a friend and it was quiet the whole time. Not even loud car music in the lot.
This place is the Cheapest in the Denver area, quiet and good weekly rates. There are some very small rooms (and some larger) because they did remodeling and added rooms. But some people are there for years and years they told us, so you probably get bigger rooms as they are avalaible. It was a good cheap room for a few weeks working in Westminster. Westminster is also a kind of a whole town outside of Denver you can go to.
Horrible service! I was there for 2 months, when I first came, they had nothing stocked, no toilet paper, no towels, the only thing that looked nice was the bed. You can tell that the rooms weren’t cleaned properly. The carpets and walls look disgusting. Looks like someone spilled soda or coffee all over the walls. The manager only cleaned when the owners came on Sundays. Cops are always there, too much drama.
We have been staying here since last May, we have enjoyed our stay. I stay home during the day and have never felt unsafe here. The managers are great and try to help in anyway they can. I recommend it to anyone who needs a place to stay.
The only thing was they have chinnnee restaurant and my food good. But my better half food wasn't good at all
