Overpriced for what the experience entails. Been to many escape rooms that are equally priced and far more engaging and interesting. The staff “kindly” accommodated us after we were several minutes late due to unforeseen traffic issues. However, it was clear they were annoyed with our tardiness even though I apologized profusely. Even my 13-year-old daughter and her friend mentioned it. As someone who works in the service industry, the entire experience felt unprofessional. You’re better off investing in an escape experience elsewhere.

I went with a friend to Room 5280 the second week of November for a birthday and we had a blast! Even amidst the pandemic they were very accommodating and clean. We did a room called the Dungeons of Dorkus I think, it was so cool! They puzzles are hard but fun, and they help you along the way if you need it.
We did The Dark Room. Our 1st ever experience and had a blast! The employees were fun and very helpful!
My family really enjoyed the room here. Been to quite a few before but this was our first win. The house itself adds to the mystique of the story for the room we played. Friendly staff. The room wasn't as elaborate as some I've been in my the simplicity added with the amount you have to do to escape was just find with us. All hands on deck including my 1yr old who just got in the way really lol Would like to go back and do the other rooms
Very fun and creepy! Perfect for our Halloween trip! The Dark room escape was really fun and challenging! I recommend this location! Fairly inexpensive for an hour of fun with friends! Also, loved that this escape is based on true events!
