Went here with a friend and ate indoors for the first time in a while. The tables are all very well spaced out and the staff is taking precautions seriously, which is appreciated. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable and made good recommendations on the menu. Food was excellent. Highlights were the mushroom hummus and the lamb hummus. Overall great experience.

Some of the best hummus and pita I’ve ever had!! Chef Alon Shaya’s Safta looks incredible, has fantastic service, and NOTHING on the menu disappointed! I have been to Saba in New Orleans many times, so when I was in Denver, I absolutely had to check out Safta. I cannot stress how imperative it is that you enjoy the hummus and fresh pita! We ordered the soft egg hummus and the lamb hummus for the table. I have not tried one that wasn’t phenomenal, so you can’t go wrong with any. I’m a vegetarian, and I fully enjoyed the Persian rice and Fattoush salad. The falafel also sounded amazing. Others I dined with enjoyed the kebabs. Saving room for dessert is a must! We enjoyed the seasonal King Came Babka - reminding me of my time in NOLA. Shout out to our server Grace, she was great. The ambience is also lovely; it’s a spacious restaurant with great space for a gorgeous sunset and stunning bar.

Amazing flavors and super authentic, however, this was a dud of a takeout experience. Tiny portions and I felt like I basically got a snack for 70. I’ve heard the dine-in experience is much better. I’ll try that next time. TLDR: food good, portions tiny, really expensive, takeout not the way to go

Best baklava I’ve ever had! casual setting great food! Some entrees were slightly on the saltier side for my taste though

Wonderful experience through and through. Hostesses were so friendly. Service was fantastic, the food was incredible and had a great atmosphere. We ordered four items and were stuffed. Hummus, two plates and one main dish (see photos). Highly recommend and will definitely be back.
