Great watches and selection but honestly not responsive at all. Bought once piece from them but they were actually very hard to get a hold of. Had to call maybe 10 times at different times and finally someone picked up. Finally managed to get a hold of someone and only after we agreed on a price was email response quick. I was interested in another piece and sent two emails and at least 5 calls but no response for days. Maybe it's just me but definitely don't have the same experience as everyone else.

Justin consistently goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. He has been attentive to my calls and fulfilled my request beyond what I could have imagined. Whenever I have interacted with other employees at the store, they are also fantastic as well. Definitely recommend visiting this location.
