We visited Denver from out of state and needed to rent some equipment for a cold weather hike. We actually rented twice while we were here and had a great experience both times. The staff is very friendly and personable and the rental prices are great. We also purchased some gloves and they had a great selection.

I have always rented ski's, but never bought ski's before and don't know anything about ski's. When I told the employees with what I was looking for and wantingto stay within my budget, they were super helpful! Was able to walk out with a really good set of used boots, and will have to look for Ski's when I get home. But if you're looking for great customer service for first time buyer, these are the guys to go to!

Got great help from an employee at the store (didn't catch his name). He gave us good beginner level advice about cross country bindings, sizing boots, skis and poles, and even pointed us toward some competitor stores. Definitely hoping to come back here!
