I had a surprise birthday party here for my moms 40th bday and it went great. Andrew and his daughter are great hosts and very good at communicating with me through everything. The space is nice clean and open which I loved. I definitely will rent this place again after this covid nonsense!! Thanks again Andrew it was wonderful.

Perfect space for a private dinner or social event, especially in warmer weather when you can open up the sliding doors. The owner, Andrew, is very accommodating and seems great to work with! We chose another venue for our event simply based on location but would have loved to host it at studio 1481 if it wasn’t as far from our guests’ hotel in LoDo.
We hosted a lecture/art show for 80 people at Studio 1481 and had a great experience. It's a clean, modern space that worked well for serving refreshments, and creating a stage/projection area for speakers. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We maxed out the space with 80 chairs and used the outdoor space to give our gathering a bit of breathing room.
