Foods always good. But the employees are so hostile, not even a hello , or have a good day. Like I’m giving you guys MY business , least be somewhat friendly. I’ll have to try another chubbys location next time

They only allow one person in per group. If the person who goes in doesn't check your food it'll probably be made incorrectly. I paid extra for 3 add ons and had to drive back for them to only remake it. Waste of time, gas & money. After all of it, I'm not even hungry anymore. Plus the fries are soggy on the remake and not even fully cooked. The chili was cold and still no extra cheese. This is horrible customer service and a bad experience. I'll never eat here again, which is sad because it use to be my favorite restaurant.
Ever since I was a teenager, we would go to the Original Chubbys for a late night bite. The original entrance was small and could only fit about 5 people at a time. The Denver Police Department was always present for their grub and everybody knew somebody at any given time. We grew up and went to school with family members of Chubbys, so it's a tradition and all around way of life. Thank you Chubbys.
I came here because my friends from high school raaaaaved about it a few years back. I finally got to experience it and I was highly disappointed. I ordered two chicken tacos with no cheese, and a tamale smothered with no cheese. It took my order longer than my friend who ordered after me, and when I got my order, it was wrong. It was all covered in cheese, and the tamale wasn’t even there, it was smothered fries instead. They made me explain why my order was wrong twice, before finally putting the order back in to fix it. When I got my order, it was so sloppy and they didn’t apologize or try to make it right at all. The chicken was okay, honestly under seasoned for the caliber of Mexican food in CO. The chili was good, and the tamale was really good. Just because of the way they handled things, and the cook messing up so badly, I will likely not be returning to this location. Major bummer, since they’re so proud of being the first location.
Been coming here since early 90s lately service is beyond poor the lady that works behind counter is extremely rude. Customer service is not something you get when you come into the restaurant. Every time we order we ask for extra and they're quick to charge you and push you out the door your order is never right. Trying to call them is a joke phone just rings and rings and going back no one wants to help because you don't have a receipt which they take from you when you're number is called. Such a rip off I'm never spending another dime in this place
