Great experience. From the moment that I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Covid precautions were extremely good. The service was efficient and quick. No long wait and once I got inside, everyone was just as friendly and helpful. Everything was explained and I left feeling good. Thanks girls!

First visit for the mammogram and bone scan was fine. I received a letter (not a phone call) that my \mammogram shows a finding that requires further evaluation.\ I made an appointment to return. When I arrived for the appointment, the receptionist handed me all the new patient paperwork -- I had to tell her that I had been there only a few weeks before. Then I was told that the cost of the visit had to be paid either out of pocket or as part of my insurance deductible because it was \diagnostic.\ I asked why I was actually there, what they were looking for, and whether the appointment was really necessary. Someone came out to speak with me but wasn't much help. She said I'd have to speak with my primary care provider \because of HIPPA.\ (What? HIPPA prevents them from discussing my own medical issues with me?) I checked the online records at my primary care office -- there was no notification of any of this.

I have been going to women’s imaging for years and they are consistently outstanding in all areas: professional, caring, kind and on-time. I’ve found all their staff members to be kind and efficient and especially appreciate Rena and team at the front desk.

I understand there is a pandemic of covid 19. Many people are freightened. The medical field takes it very seriously. However, my experience as a husband dropping off my wife and being responsible for her medical treatment was not met with my expectations. One individual acted kind to my concerns. Another individual acted poorly to my concerns of not being able to wait and ask questions. The individual assumed wrongly of my intentions and just saw that I didn't want to follow the rules. I should be an informed husband and not denied my rights. The staff need to learn to listen and address concerns not demonstrate bullying tactics. I cannot comment about the surgeon since I would have loved to know who they were.
