We asked them to get someone to help us paint with a spray application. Instead, they sent someone that insisted on taking a whole day to mask a house, then flaked the following day saying the house wasn't ready to paint. The guy just didn't show up and refused to come spray the next day, and we weren't notified until later in the day, citing that they didn't think it was ready to paint. We rented a sprayer for nothing. They weren't hired to tell people how to run their jobs, they were hired to do a certain task and to deliver someone competent to complete said tasks. They still get paid (at a premium) or they lien the property. Save yourself the time and the headache. You're better off with Craigslist or finding someone on Marketplace.

They can keep you working, not easy working with the representatives. They all vary from state to state and town to town. They have worked well with some people I know and they have screwed a lot more people that I know. But they are a temporary employment agency and I would treat it as just a paycheck; benefits suck trust me you don't want to go there. But if you need work and you need it right away it's a place to go and they pay you a decent wage just plan on putting up with their BS because they worked with all kinds of shady people before in the past and have been screwed over themselves.
