I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! The people who work there are amazing and really love what they do and the plants are breath taking!!! If they don't have what you're looking for they'll order it for you... and it's a little local plant shop with a lot of heart!!!

Neighborhood gem and find. Dave knows and love all things plants. He loved sharing his knowledge with me and my 14 year old son. We left with 4 plants for his room with expert advise on how to take care of them. Thank you, Dave, for a wonderful experience.
I've been shopping here for a couple of years now and I love this place!! Their indoor plant selection and succulents are pretty mind blowing. I've even thrown in a special request for a specific houseplant that they didn't have and the manager actually went shopping for it during his weekly shopping trips and found it for me! I feel the prices are pretty moderate with other places in town. I'm also pretty happy with the customer service from staff here. Granted they can be pretty busy at times, but they always say hi. Also, I had a sick plant that I was able to e-mail a picture to them and although it was a few days later, they e-mailed me back that I had spider mites and that they had a oil that would get rid of them. It did, the plant is doing great! I will definitely be back.
I cannot stress how well this store takes care of it’s customers!! I bought two of the most adorable & unique plants from this store I’ve seen in awhile. When one of them was not growing as successfully as the other, he let me bring them in, replanted them for me, and gave me TONS of advice! He is growing much better already :) thanks urban roots!
Traveling from out of town and stopped in to look around and ended up purchasing a garden frog statue & I love it!!! The whole place is amazing and super trendy. Overall, I'm so happy with my buy & I highly recommend checking Urban Roots out!
They could not have been more helpful! Great selection and knowledge staff! Allowed me to lock my bike inside the yard while I shopped.
Wonderful experience today at Urban Roots. We were looking to buy some flowers to plant in planters when the manager, David, stepped and essentially designed three gorgeous planters and then planted them all himself for us on the spot and in no time - free of charge! All of the staff members were very friendly, and we were thrilled with the end result. We are so excited to have discovered this little gem of a shop! Highly recommend.
