EEOC was really good and willing to help with discrimination but now with the new portal and the pandemic it’s hard to get help.The investigator are all at home and don’t want you to email or text them.When you go on the portal it not easy to navigate to where you want or should be.Technical support never call you back and never answer the phone to help you with the portal EEOC is not people friendly

I can’t schedule and appointment because they have no openings but keep getting emails telling me to schedule an appointment. No one seems to be able to help either.

They will do anything and everything to avoid extra work on their end. Even if a case and evidence are handed to them they will do whatever they can to avoid filling a charge such as: call you from an out of state number and then a private number without leaving a voicemail, lie about communication attempts that were never made, refuse to schedule an appointment that works with your work schedule, refuse appointment to a competent case worker who is willing to assist....and the list goes on. You're better off contacting Colorado Civil Rights Division.

They never seem to answer the phone. The lady at the front desk gave up. She's not helping anyone...just pushing folks along. Can we get a real receptionist that's hasnt been there for 20 years plus. Cause her way of doing thangs ain't working in 2019!
