I used Mr.Damian's firm for a closing late 2019. The timeline was incredibly tight as we were days away from Christmas and the end of the year. He was constantly responsive, as was his entire team. Unbelievably well spoken and professional; Charlie offered me useful thoughts before I decided to hire him. He negotiated very well for a few notable contingencies, and we closed quickly and on time during the busiest season of the year. For everything he and his team did he was well worth the very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend him more.
