i will suggest new customer don't purchase any property, because construction is below lower . i have never seen worst construction in India like this, and important things is that if you paid full money as per agreement there after they rise a new bill 4 to 5 lac and they have justification that it is for extra work, if you want listen abuse like madahr chood and behen chood the asked clarification about 4-5 lac and mr roshan kumar is main ,all about this
Infrastructure is nice but u have to suffer from long time power cut and worst water supply services.

Basic amenities missing,No road in the project ,inadequate infrastructure for human inhabitation.Gross mismanagement in work with damp houses and construction is done by untrained person.snail pace of work.elctrician doing the job of carpenter and Any person can be rajmistry here.No chain of command.False promises by people to do the work.
