Rude people, impatient and hours don't match on google. They close at random times everyday. Not very professional staff, charge way too much. Will either mess up your order or try to convince you to purchase extras. They messed up my order and tried to cover it, saying i never ordered anything extra. But when I showed my receipt, they scoffed at me and immediately got my new glasses. If you are under 21, make sure to tell them you get your glasses shaved down for FREE! They didn't even bother to check my ID and tried to make me pay for shaving down the lens! Only good thing about them is their wide options of glasses and they take a lot of insurances.

Been there 3 times to pick up my wife's glasses. Not open during advertised business hours. No explanation. Very poor business management. Does not recommend. Find a business that is open for business instead.

Made an appointment, got a friendly greeting, had a bit of a wait but besides the fact the waiting area was crowded I had a good experience, the gentleman helped me pick out frames for my glasses and gave me my space to try them on which was nice, the staff was friendly and kept busy (wasn't texting or ignoring customers).

Total rip off!!! Went here a few months back because I purchased a Groupon for 200 toward a complete pair of eyeglasses. There are no prices on anything and the creepy, unfriendly salesman said he would \total up everything for me once I was ready.\ I ended up picking out a GENERIC pair of wire framed glasses. After tallying everything up and deducting my 200 coupon, my grand total was 389...without an eye exam!! That means that a generic pair of glasses would have cost 589 if I didn't have a coupon???!!! I find that hard to believe. I really liked the glasses and had already purchased the Groupon, so stupid me went along with it. He refused to itemize my bill and just said that my glasses would be ready in 7-10 days. Finally, THREE WEEKS later my glasses arrived. The real kicker is that I went shopping with my husband yesterday for his glasses (somewhere else of course), and saw my EXACT FRAMES FOR 99...and they weren't even on sale! Uugh, do I feel stupid. :(
