Don’t think I’ll be back. Came in today with my daughter and it was a mess. Could barely fit down some aisles with a cart and had to tell my daughter to be careful several times walking through the aisles. Also still had 50% signs up still that ended yesterday.

Tried to load my paypal card an my money still ismt on there after a week iv been tryna reach paypal fraud because the money was never loaded if ya know what i mean.
The cashier was nice but when she called her manager up to help her and ask her a question the manager was snippy and said to her \what do you need?\ in a snarky tone and rolling her eyes. She was an unappealing person lol
The William St., Cheektowaga store is often messy. Aisles at times blocked with unpacked merchandise. Appears this store is either understaffed or too lazy to keep shelves filled. At times sections are completely empty. I can't remember that location ever appearing neat. I've been in other Dollar General stores far neater. If unpacked boxes are out they are set stacked at the end of an aisle not blocking anything.
Love this store. Better then walmart
