I have been a patient of Dr. William Kuehnling at Lancaster Medical Group for many years. I have always been able to get in to see the doctor himself that same week or week and a half if not sooner. On the occasions that I’ve meet with his physician assistants- they are all great as well. Once Dr. Kuehnling retires (God willing I’ll be dead by then), I won’t have another doctor because my expectations will be unrealistic thanks to the care I have received from him and everyone in that office for most of my life. I truly can’t understand how anyone could leave a negative review.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kuehnling for many years and he and his Office Staff have NEVER been anything but kind and compassionate. Dr. Kuehnling always makes sure that he explains things so I completely understand. I have a couple chronic illnesses and he has ALWAYS understood where I am coming from. Whenever I am really ill I ALWAYS get an appointment within a day or 2 the most. I recommend him to everyone who asks.

TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE with office MANAGER. Made an appt. In hopes of finding primary doctor. After showing up for appt. Filling out all necessary paper work, I was asked to leave office and told I wasn't a proper candidate for the office. I asked why, and she replied I had a primary in state of NJ.and I was rude to lady at desk. I was ready to cry. Just had a major surgery. Needed a primary Doctor in Buffalo NY where I reside. Was never rude to anyone. Very sad and upset about this. I wasn't aware that Doctors office management can do such a thing.

Cant get a sick visit for a cough but have testing and surgery plans w a specialist and I ended up having 3 physicals done in a 4 week period because dr wouldn't sign off for surgery w info from 2 previous physicals. Then office policy is to follow up 1 week post OP even though seeing surgeon for follow up. They got 5 physicals out of me this year plus couple sick visits and had the nerve to try to bill my insurance 7 times this year at 50 each for the nurse taking my vitals asking me if I smoke, no i dont ok that was a smoking assessment that's 50 please. To top it off the dr doesn't bothering reading his own notes and I have to ask him to follow up on things and ask him what are the plans to address an issue. Dont ask if they can fill out disability paperwork or they charge you 30 per form and then lose it between some other papers and almost get denied because it was late getting filed.

Don't ever miss an appointment, they have about as much compassion as my shoe! Maybe it's just the people on the phone but they literally scared me from coming back!
