I ordered a sub from you guys. The sub was burnt. I called and the manager was super rude and didn’t want to solve the problem. I won’t be returning. Someone needs to talk to her. She has no people skills and should not be in a position to solve problems. She would not give me her name and told me I don’t need to know it. Sounds like an occurring problem you have but have no interest to solve.

I've been going to this place for a long time and always recommended you guys to all my friends and family. However the last 3 visits have been horrible .From the wrong item to a very burnt sub. I will not be returning after the rude treatment I was given.
One of my favorite spots when I come to Buffalo! But not sure what happened tonight. Bad experience. Called for ahead for Steak philly and I was given a sub bun full soaked on some cheese they said it’s nacho cheese hardly meat but it was a soup completely not eatable. Went back tried to show and explain to the manager. She didn’t even try to apologize or to listen. I also tried to apologize to bring the sub she said I can make a new one with an attitude. I asked my money back at the end . She said the she will refund but it will take 7 Days to 10 Days! ?? I asked for a receipt and she said that system don’t give or provide Receipts???? . I’m so disappointed I really love this Place. So sad and hungry.
The food is fantastic! The service is always great! Wait times and prices are typical of pizzerias in the area. Big bonus is that they have a drive thru pickup window!
Order a nacho deluxe and asked for the jalapeños on the side...they messed up, then picked them out of my nachos order, then put them on in a container lol wth....Bread sticks were hard and not even warm. Employee was rude. Ill be done with this pizza place. They were good at one time.
