The sales representative, Jesse, was so patient and kind. He answered all of my many questions and provided an easy to understand answer. He gave me a very good demonstration of how the windows tilt in for cleaning and let me try it myself so I felt comfortable. Jesse did not present any pressure and broke down the cost for several different options and was very patient. I appreciated his professionalism and his easy to talk to demeanor. This was a big purchase and Jesse offered many different options to make it possible in my price range.

I’m writing this to thank Adam and Anderson Renewal Windows for such an easy experience purchasing a few more replacement window’s for my almost 100 year old home. This being our 2nd purchase of Anderson Renewal we were very familiar with the great quality and energy savings they provide. But we needed some advice on prioritizing which windows to replace now. Adam provided the knowledge and advice to make a more practical and more affordable decision. Next Joe and his courteous crew of window fitters showed up on time as scheduled. After that final measuring my wife and I had every question you could imagine about such a large investment answered quickly and definitively. The only thing you can do there is making an appointment and look at some windows. We made a appointment for an estimate the salesperson was knowledgable and well trained. The windows are replacement and seem very expensive.
I'm so excited! I'm getting six new windows to replace my 50 year old Andersen's! Greg was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very clearly so that I knew and was comfortable with what I was signing. I'm looking forward to working with him on this much needed, long awaited home improvement!
I am not one who gets that \warm and fuzzy\ feeling from salespeople. To all salespeople or companies who use them please be sure they represent you well. Adam did just that. If not no sale. He was on time, personable and professional. He was patient with all my questions, adding and subtracting windows and extras. He even checked with his superior to see if there was anything else the company could do for me. He was so patient our 90 minute consult was 3 hours! So far so good. Hoping the next steps - installation and beyond go as well. Thanks Adam ! Go Dalmatians !
