Rento is an indonesian mobile app that facilitate the management of rental property (kost). Kost is a studio-sized of property that is very popular in Indonesia because of its affordability. Usually owned and managed by senior individuals, the number of owned kost varies, from 5 to 100 and even more per owner. However the difficulty rises when it comes to billing and managing the rentees and it is even harder for older people. Rento will provide payment gateway, billing, deposit, and even the give the ability to add extra service such as laundry for extra income. Owners can also manage the administrations of property such as booking, inventories, legal, marketing, listing and price adjustments just from the mobile app. For the Rentees, user can book and pay room instantly and very easily in one mobile app. Rento won the first place in National Hackaton G-Fest, and currently the Semi-finalist on Global Innovation Through Science and Technology (GIST).
