The absolute worst! I went to get an eye exam and contact fitting. The doctor was very short and quite frankly seemed annoyed that I was there. I have never had an eye exam like that before. I was done in record time. I did not feel that I was a priority. Once the exam was done and he checked my frames he moved to a crowded table to try the contacts. He did not direct me to wash my hands before putting the contact in. I looked for a sink and did not see one. I had to ask for hand sanitizer. It was gross. The receptionist was friendly when asked a direct question. When I walked in the place I was not welcomed. I had to find my way to the back of the store to ask for assistance. No one offered to help find me lenses. I was a cash paying customer. I ultimately bought a pair of glasses but I will never again use this place. The male that assisted with my glasses fitting was friendly but that was about it. Fast forward to today. I called three times to have my scripts faxed to another doctor office. I was disconnected three times. When I called a again a older lady answered and was nice nasty. She cut me off and said she could just email my scripts to me instead of faxing it. She was short. This place is lacking in customer service. I am happy to take my money elsewhere. There is no excuse for this behavior. I only tried this place because they had a groupon. I guess you really do get what you pay for.
