I recently purchased a flat here. Flat is good and construction quality is also good. Locality is nice. Make sure to make a sale deed with seller at very starting of the deal. Property will attract 12% gst , 6.5 % registration charges and apart from that they will ask you to compulsorily buy club membership. In short final cost will be 20 to 25 % above the BSP. And also final flat you get will not be as lovely as sample flat. Better you check actual flats and not sample flats.

All Flats have PROBLEM (MOISTURE) on WALLS No proper managment of water pipe line ......very very very poor network coverage internet speed is slow like 2G Please... it is requested to All please meet people of EASTONIA HOMEZ personally and visit there home and talk to them ....before buying flat in GBP DON'T BLINDLY FAITH on seller's
