Wonderful vets who’ve treated our pets with impeccable care. If you leave a negative review whilst the practice is trying their best to provide ongoing care for your pets in a pandemic and you have to wait a bit longer (because of less staff) you seriously need to have a word with yourself.

Hi everyone would just like to say Abdul has always been very nice to me and yes sometimes can't understand all he says I think he's a brilliant vet and if I think I have not quite got what he had said the staff have always gone through it with me . I fully recommend Abdul he is very committed and caring vet and let's not forget these are very trying times .

Wow!! Never been to a place like it. The staff are terribly rude!! They tell you one price over the phone then another once you get there. The vet and the receptionist have no manners what so ever, don't even know how to say please or thank you. The vet is extremely heavy handed with such young puppies and kittens that are most likely having their first visit to a vets which should be made as much of a positive experience as possible. This was my first visit to this vets and will most definitely be the last!

Abdul & the team treat all our pets (5 pugs) and have done for some years. I trust him completely and highly recommend for all Bracy breeds. Please remember that he is one man & may get behind if their is an emergency. His focus is on your pet not chit chat & that's how we like it. Best vet around & we have been to many others in Derby

Im never taking my dog here again. I feel like a burden bringing my dog here. Abdul is a disgrace to the industry. He lacks empathy and professionalism when it is much needed from a vet. Avoid!
