Frozen Lychee and Frozen Raspberry 16 This lounge has been on the list for over a year and since I was close to the area (around 40 miles away) I had to pop down for a breakfast shisha. Upon entering we checked using the track and trace app and then ordered and paid for our drinks and shisha. We then proceeded into the lounge and sat down in the comfy seats whilst waiting for our shisha. Shisha came out within 10 minutes in an Alpha X with an AOB provost. It was one of those lychees that you could taste which I was happy with, the clouds as you know from an alpha is great. This lounge gives alpha x as standard and they have way over 100 in the inventory. The lounge is beautiful, they have a roof bar and also work is undergoing on an extension into the garden for an outside smoking area, they also have an outdoor seating area. The service was brilliant I spent some time speaking to one of the guys who was nice he talked about how long the lounge has been open and the refurbishments which took place over the years. The vibe was nice with music playing in the background and football on screen. Everything was great even the pricing is very reasonable for the equipment you get I would definitely recommend this lounge to everyone. There are a few pay and display parking spaces on the surrounding roads but are limited.

I don't live in Derby but this is my favourite cafe so my friends and I drive from London/Birmingham to Derby just for this place. Blueberry splash & pear drops is a great combination. The Lotus Biscoff cheesecake is sensational. The DJ at night is great for good vibes in general. Overall just a great spot.
Would really recommend the place. First time coming here and was a great first experience. Customer service was on point and genuine. I was offered the chance to change my shisha if I didn't like it and before making we were asked if we had a preference of how we like our shisha. All the staff were very friendly and you could have a good chit chat and a laugh without feeling awkward. We were given a tour of the area as we were curious and oh my did the place look amazing. Currently they are renovating more and from what i saw it looked beautiful and was to look much better from the idea we were told. A relaxing, modern and homely vibe. Would definitely recommend.
I've been in the UK for 6 years now and these guys still do the best dishes around here. The seating and service is great as well. They're lately the only reason we come Derby
Love this lounge. Customer service was brilliant. Swift service and covid safety in place too. Great music and vibe. Pipe was a great smoke coal was constantly changed when needed didnt have to ask. Also tried the chicken burger and masala chips tasted really good. Thanks for a great time guys will be back!
