Wonderful food and wonderful service. If you're looking for delicious Mexican food at reasonable prices Casa Martinez is the place for you. Skip the terrible chain restaurants and eat local while in Derby, Ks!

You can't really put a tag on this place. They are uniquely styled restaurant. In the front you would think Mexican was on the menu but they offer a bit more on the American side with Cheeseburgers and Chicken fingers. The food was little mundane, good but missing something? The service was on point the atmosphere was clean and inviting.
We have been customers for years from way back when Mom and Dad Martinez owned it. It’s nice how we always get Mala because she knows us and generally comes with our drinks before we even order. She’s amazing and makes our trip worth while. Food is good too! I like how Loly has tried to keep the place the same but also modernize it at the same time. I appreciate that. She’s a very friendly person and a friend.
Our lunch today started with Mala setting up our table with our choice of drinks and sala before we got to the table. She checked with us to make sure we wanted our usual, and stayed with throughout our meal anticipating what we wanted and when. We think of Casa Martinez as our neighborhood restaurant even though we pass through 2 city's beyond ours. Thank our Casa Martinez family.
Taco salad on chips. Way more than 1 person needs. I recommend sharing. This was the regular portion, not lunch size.
