I've ordered recently few things for our garden and we are super happy with the quick delivery and nicely wrapped items. Highly recommending Cosy for authentic resources and so many great ideas like how to set up a mud kitchen from the start. I love how unique the items are and they are brilliant for home, gardens and settings. They are so open ended like our log set (Many Ways Travel Trail), which we can use for physical activities, cars, dinosaurs, animals and even bug hunting. Our tuff spot and the stand made a great difference in our garden and my boy loves playing with sensory textures I set up for him. Highly recommending to everyone!

Ordered in June and still waiting for the order to be completed at the end of October. Numerous emails to the company who give a variety of reasons why there are missing items but promise it will be sorted quickly. Now they just send a generic reply saying they have moved, it's not their fault, blame covid etc. Request of refund has been ignored. Absolutely disgusting level of service. Avoid this company!

Placed an order for 8231 in September. Still awaiting many items for delivery. Ridiculous situation where we have tables, but not the chairs. Some items damaged on arrival. Was easier for me to repair than send back as this company DO NOT communicate with you. Appreciate the current COVID situation but our numerous emails have not been replied to. Actually managed to get through on the phone and was promised a call-back about our delivery situation, but no surprise there was never any call-back. DO NOT use this company. Would give ZERO stars if possible. EDIT: Can confirm that we've had contact from the person below and thank 'Phil' for the updates he has provided. Sure this is not his fault, but from the updates, some items are not in stock and don't expect to be until December or no date provided for restock (from an order made in September???). One of the reasons given is a change of their address, which again I appreciate, but is not really our problem? Wouldn't have minded so much, but none of these issues were highlighted when the original order was made and over 8000 spent is no small amount to us. As it stands, we cannot now open the extension to our day care nursery... EDIT 2: Phil has continued to try to solve all our problems and responds quickly to all our emails. Thanks to Phil for doing his best to correct problems that are obviously not created by him in the first place.

Incredibly poor customer service. Cosy are avoiding rectifying faulty goods. This is for items we have ordered for our charity with donations given by a grant. Expensive products but poor workmanship. We wanted to support a local company but have been left very disappointed. Couldn't talk to anyone on the phone at the time of the issue as they were not able to reroute calls for home working so asked everyone to email. And our emails mysteriously keep disappearing from their system. For 2 months we have been waiting for replacement parts/refund. The person dealing with our query won't provide phone contact details on their emails. In short we have given the company ample opportunity to rectify the issues which they seem unwilling to do. We have tried FB too, and have been promised it would be looked at and sorted... still waiting.

Cosy have defrauded my school! They've taken 2000 of school money and provided substandard products and horrendous service. Thery make their items with poor quality, rotting, mouldy wood; they send items missing parts and without fixings. We placed an order in November 2019 and we are still (in August 2020) missing items from the order. What we have received is so shoddy that I very much doubt we will be able to use it for long. The refuse to fully refund us or send replacements. They are thieves, they are charlatans and they are stealing from children! HOW DARE YOU?! DO NOT EVER give your money to the criminal company!
