Very Disappointed!!!! Delivery was 26th January Today is the 3rd of February still didn’t received my pack!!! After call 5-6 time always say to me I will receive my pack tomorrow tomorrow I still didn’t received NOTHING! Make me pay 92 for tax same day and I still didn’t received my pack!!! I WILL NEVER USE DHL!!! I want my refund!!! I want my money back!!! Don’t use DHL to send you packet! This is not the first time that happen to me! The lost my pack 3 month ago Secondo time i received my packet after a month!! And now this !!!! THEY ARE NOT ORGANIZED!!

Totally disorganised. Had to queue outside for 40 mins just to get in the building. To be greated by a women who had an attitude problem. An hour and a half later I was told they couldnt find my parcel. And its not even Xmas yet. Shambles is being polite.

Really great service from a lady called Jo, who went out of her way, outside of her work hours in fact, to ensure I was able to pick up my parcel in time for Father's Day, having missed the delivery driver. She didn't have to do this, but she did, and I'm very grateful for her help, I hope DHL get to see this and she is commended for her excellent customer service!
