My son and I came in for some donuts and coffee, but we were rudely greeted by a worker named \Aleni\ who made us wait for her to finish talking to her friends before we could order. She even gave her friends donuts without taking a payment right in front of us! I'm sure that's against policy. I only gave two star because at least the donuts were good.

Asked for a ham and cheese egg croissant got an egg and ham and cheese english muffin at DD this definetely does not look like a croissant and the english muffin isnt even toasted
Some things are good. Somethings aren't so great. I think it honestly depends which workers make your food or drink. But when ever I order here there's always at least one thing that's wrong, forgotten, or other wise missing. When I go to this dunkin in comparison to others across the state and the north east, I make sure to keep my order as simple as possible other wise it's garenteed to get messed up..
I have always done drive through. But, all the same very pleasant and respectful with service. Give kindness get kindness.
