Appalling service. Receptionists rude and unhelpful, all the good doctors have left. I have moved to another surgery and now wondering why it took me so long.

Diabolical and incompetent receptionists. Try to turn any issue around on the patient and are aggressive and antagonising with it too. They know you're screwed if you lower yourself to their despicable level. The two new young ladies are great, the old hags need to take a leaf out of their books. Tried moving to another surgery but none are taking on new patients at the moment. This place went downhill years ago and it would not surprise me to see it close. The doctors are great, just let down by front of house.

Absolute disgrace of a surgery. Been here over 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but trouble with them. Every time it comes to ordering my prescription I get chucked from pillar to post, receptionist telling me to ask the pharmacy and then the pharmacy telling me I’ll need to speak to the receptionist. Seems to take every brain cell they have to get anything done and still then it doesn’t seem to get sorted. Not professional, constantly rude. Obviously haven’t paid attention to there training as they seem to have no clue about any questions you ask them. They make you feel bad about yourself ringing for a prescription you need like it’s wrong in their eyes. Never have I had such trouble with a doctors in my life. The doctors can’t even be bothered to call you and tell you they’ve made changes to certain things. You have to sit and get through ten minutes of automated voice stuff and wait in a queue to get through to reception (which they never answer the phones fast and efficiently either). All I can say is roll on moving day for me, new doctors surgery an finally get to say bye to these incompetent people.

Gone straight downhill over past year, took son to see Dr who diagnosed him by answering yes or no questions on his computer!!Receptionists are rude, the good Drs have left and those left don't care. Went about having migraines every day for over 3 weeks and advised to but Solpadeine!!Terribl. I am now changing to a different drs surgery.
