Was really impressed with the collection service on Saturday the 5th December . Was waiting less than 5 minutes. Quick collection and brilliant sturdy bike had been built by staff! Saves me a lot of time and piece of mind that the bike is safe. Excellent Christmas present for my soon to be 8 year old. Could not fault the staff or the social distancing measures. Thank you.

Awful service. I’ve never reviewed anywhere online before but the service I got at this branch of Halfords has driven me to it! Just wanted to book a simple bike service. They never answer the phone. I ended up calling about 20 times before anyone answered. When I did get booked in and collected by bike they messed up a simple chain replacement which I had to end up fixing myself. Avoid this place!

I went in for some advice regarding a repeated puncture on the same bike wheel. The never of staff I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. He directed me to suitable products to potentially solve the problem and advised me on the different options. Fingers crossed that my tyre situation is solved.
