Great company to deal with I brought my wife’s , sons and daughters bike from here during lockdown The guy who serviced me.... sorry don’t know his name but a middle aged guy was helpful and very knowledgeable Very few family businesses around now like this If you are looking for value bikes then give hawk a try

Well I had bought a trike in a box ,but it needed to be built and I hadn’t got a clue, so I started ringing around and was quoted silly prices one place wanted 220 ?I nearly fell off my chair, the next place wouldn’t build it because I hadn’t bought it from them even though they didn’t sell trikes when asked them ,next place I rang was Hawkes cycles and thank goodness I did they were so happy to build it for 60 I could have jumped for joy ,next day I jumped in a taxi and took it to them ,then a few days later I received a phone call to say it was ready ,I walked into the shop and there it was my daughter’s beautiful trike in all its glory built to perfection, she is absolutely delighted with it ,the service I received from them was so personal and amazing nothing was too much trouble and the people who work there are so polite It was a real pleasure to do business with them they are now officially my trike or bike go to place if I need any work doing ,Thanks guys for being the best .

Bikes are good value for money. No pressure to buy whilst in store. Although the small gentleman that served me could have done with a personality transplant. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.

Well after visiting this place this weekend I’ll definitely not be going back, this was my local bike shop as a kid, absolutely loved going there. But unfortunately times have changed and so have the staff. Rude, ignorant no acknowledgement when I entered the shop, when I approached a member of staff before I said anything he said these are sold and there the only bikes we have then immediately walked off to the back of the counter. Not what I expected from this shop who was always so helpful from when I was a child. * As per your response. I parked in your car in a blue 5 Series 2014. I was wearing a football training kit and the chap in question had a beard. If your going to lie with your response this just shows how bad you guys really are and how you treat customers.

The guys running this store were great, had no bike on display that I desired but I showed them an online one. They had a similar one boxed and were more than happy to build it for me. Ready in one hour, affordable with the necessaties. So happy.
