I started my flooring... experience early January. It is now almost May and my flooring is still not complete. I am left with my bathroom floor tore up for 2 weeks now. They refused to put the floor in that I wanted but already in so deep I didn't back out like I should have. The flooring they did put in is doing what they said my choice of flooring would do (Lifting). All in all very very bad. Go elsewhere.

After paying for wood floor product and installation we were given a date for the install. Once installers arrived they told us the flooring was defective, so they left. HomeTown Flooring delivered a new batch of flooring three days later. No date was given for the installation. We called the store and was told it would be two weeks before the floor could be installed. By then it was one month since purchase of the product. When I complained I was told it wasn’t their fault the wood was defective and I would just have to wait until the installers could schedule us again.

THE WORST! How are these people in business? They where late to the job, rude, ended up harassing one of my security guards on site, and on top of it all, DID THE WRONG ROOM! Well, half of the wrong room. They ran out of flooring. They had enough had they done the correct room. Ugh.

Run and run fast they dont pay employees on time or correctly if at all never have all products on site to finish the job rips off customer's in residential and commercial ,bills for one product then buys a cheaper product and installs it blames everything on installers and lies constantly just a nightmare for anyone involved with this company BBU needs to look into this company if you vaule your money and your and time and home you need to reconsider.

We visited Hometown flooring this morning for our carpet needs, as we like to shop local when we can. We went into the store with our 3 children to look at the carpet samples. There were lights on in the front of the store where other flooring samples were located, but the lights over the carpet samples were off. This made it very hard to see the colors. The thing that really was bothersome though, was the fact that we stood in the store for over 5 minutes while 2 people stood in the back having a private conversation with out acknowledging us in any way. No, "Hello, we'll be right with you." Not even a smile. Our children are small and not quiet in any way, so there's no way they didn't know we were there. Our youngest son even ran over to them and then back to us. Apparently they did not want or need out business, so we're taking it elsewhere.

And that's being nice. 8 days waiting for my carpet to be put in , now it is coming up such a poor job!!!! They were hired to do my bathroom as well.. they never finished it said they had a better paying job so I have to wait. Well it been almost 3 month's and still not done, tike not sealed shower was stained by them they never cleaned up and never finished the shower as well just a horrible job I am 60 years old and live in a fix income we I was told they could do a good job well that's what I pay for. But they did a trashy job and start but never finished . They could not even put the strip of wood back that separates the bedroom from the hall I just have a gap there. I do not recommend these people at all they seem to care about big money job and not the small people want to improve there homes . Just a big disappointed and unsatisfied work..

Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied in their "job". Was told the entire house would be down in 5 days, try multiple months and it still is incomplete. Left multiple holes in our walls(we can understand a few but this is bad), our shower is still not done, and now our dog is petrified to go into or out of our kitchen because they very poorly glued the cap on the stair and it falls off and scares him. We have called and gotten no answer and they finally did come out a few months ago and the man was extremely rude, late, and acted as if he was going to physically assault my GRANDMOTHER. We're thinking of calling the Better Business Bureau.
