We just LOVE Jersey Mike's! We normally have our subs delivered and every single time have gotten AWESOME subs! Today we went into our local Jersey Mike's shops and received super fast and friendly service! As usual our sandwiches were excellent! Thanks Jersey Mike's!

I went to pick up my sandwich at the Derby, CT location. I mistakenly, ordered at the Milford location. The staff was so nice and understanding. Not only did they make me a sandwich very quickly, but they went out of their way to call the Milford location, cancel my order and refund my money for me. Exceptional and friendly customer service and the sandwiches are amazing! Keep up the great work! Always a happy customer!
Well well 11-19-20 arrived at Derby CT location 815pm was greeted.Upon my greeting i placed order with a young man wearing a blue Jersey Mike shirt with a mask on and gloves mask was only covering his mouth not the nose!! The fella made my grinder with the gloves on and then proceeded to ring me up at the register with the same gloves he prepared my meal with! Please someone explain this to me during these pandemic days of 2020!
