Love the food but to much black pepper
Specifically requested white gravy. Asked at the window to confirm that it was white gravy. Was assured it was. Drove 20 miles home to discover it was brown gravy. Called store to try to get it corrected. Rang 15 times. No answer. We seem to have repeat issues with this specific location. This is just the most recent occurrence. Thanks for the potato bowl that went directly in the trash. Should have just lit the five bucks in the trash and saved myself the headache.
Always good food but has been a long time since we've eaten at KFC. Family has ordered online twice in the last week. Orders have been correct, ready in 10mins or less, and, most importantly, delicious. Very appreciative in these times of being able to order online and pickup at the counter or drive thru with no hassle.
KFC is KFC bought my invalid cousin some chicken to make him happy. He can't stand nursing home food.
