I’d very highly recommend Mertrux Derby. I have always been treated with the highest professionalism even in these difficult times by Jon and the team and they have never hesitated to look after my car no matter how big or small the issue has been. Very quick turnaround and you can get appointments at short notice unlike some other garages/service providers, where you’d have to wait for weeks to get an appointment. Great communication and transparency with the work being done, I’d always go back to them for my services and issues. Keep up the great work Mertrux limited Derby.

THIERD CLASS SERVICE Just been to mertrux in part section nobody was in the window and on the chair so other staff said press the bell for attention but no one came waiting waiting waiting then staff said press the bell again I said ok then still nobody came waiting waiting waiting waiting then staff said press the bell again 3rd time but still nobody came left the mertrux unattended. VERY BAD SERVICE I HAD 3 MERCEDES RIGHT NOW I HAV ECLASS 220 BLUETECH. SO FROM NOW FINISHED WITH MERCEDES. THIERD CLASD SERVICE NO MORE MERCDEES .

I went to Mertrux for the first MOT on my car because in the current situation my usual dealer in Northampton was too far away. I am shielding and mentioned this to the lady I spoke to and she arranged a collection and delivery of my car - she was just lovely. The chaps who came had on masks, gloves and covers for the car, they left my keys on the driveway 4m away from me, they were AMAZING. From start to finish it was just the best service I have ever received. Mercedes are usually really good with their staff and service, but this was outstanding. Since March, these are the first people to understand that catching Covid would kill me. They have taken more care than my specialists, my doctors or anyone else I have come into contact with since March (other than hospital visits we have stayed home completely) I can't recommend enough. I certainly won't go anywhere else and once this is over and I can finally get my new car, I certainly know where I will spend my money. Thanks so much to everyone who went the extra mile. PS they even washed the car - I think it's in shock!
