Three times I have tried to get a delivery post Covid I might add! Pay for items and NO delivery, charged twice on one occasion. No apology or notification and excuse after excuse. Still waiting for refund! Gave up, just do not understand how a company can be so lax and have such bad customer service. I have since spoken to customer services yet again to get my refund and at last someone bothered to check the system.....apparently my account wasn’t linked to the Rbook which means that the milkman or depot can’t see my orders....hence no delivery. How to fix, delete and reinstate account then phone up to make sure it is linked to Rbook. REALLY why cannot this be done their end. Blimey it is a shocking shambles ! But I’ll will try out of interest, I haven’t given up yet! Maybe I need my head examining lol

Didn't deliver my items about 5 times but managed to take payment. Have now cancelled and used a different milk supplier. I suggest you do the same
I was a regular customer long before this current madness. I had 3 pints 3x a week and 4 yoghurts. I v Changed banks and forgot to change my details with milk and more, as soon as they notified me I rectified our bank details, I got an email saying had been made. That was last Sunday 5 th April, I have not received any deliveries since, no notification as to wether or not I was getting milk over Easter. So disappointed.
Started off OK delivered before 7am and placed near back door empties collected. Now no milk one day at all so had to go shop. Telephoned got excuses. Now milk delivered on front door and have asked again for it to be delivered to the back door easy access and collect the 14 empty bottles. I now have 19 empty bottles starting to sound like the nursery rhyme. Avoid not like years ago another promise of good service and poor.
