Very nice looking lounge and extremely comfortable which I really liked. One bad thing was felt like the flsvour didn't last too long although it was a al fakher flavour so we then decide to go for a starbuzz flavour which we asked about and if it was any good and it was highly recommended by the young female behind the counter, I'll be honest that was not a nice flavour at all and ruined my experience. To further ruin my time here I parked on the double yellow lines directly outside the lounge and asked the staff member if its OK there and she said yes of course, now where I parked is directly in her view so she can see everything and I noticed she was watching outside a lot, during my time there I received a parking ticket and she did not say a word. I had a male staff member approach me letting me know and apologising which was nice of him but appaled by the female staff member for 1. Saying its fine to park there and 2. Not even an apology. All in all that ticket ruined my stay and it ended up being an expensive visit, not a happy satisfied customer at all.

Best shisha place in Derby! I write probably the boldest statement I’ve made and I stand by it. I have never had shisha like this before and it is simply just so good. Service is impeccable. The host actually came out to greet us and told us where to park our cars (and actually moved a car so that it was easy for us to park in front of the establishment. After changing our minds with a shisha they actually replaced it with an even better one with no hesitation. Heaters are on to ensure we were toasty in this cold weather. If you are ever in this area and a shisha fanatic you need to come here!
