Dr. Guarnaccia is very abrupt, short, impatient and rude. You would think that a doctor who treats people with MS would more empathetic, but if you thought that you would be wrong. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. After putting up with his poor behavior for a couple of years, I am going elsewhere.

Good medical service, but rotten beside manner. The doctor is short rude and doesn't give consideration for things. My sister is ADDHD and the doctor asked her a question and she has a hard time with information.He told her what you cannot answer a simple question. Also being ADDHD, she needs help and the doctor threatened to walk out of the appointment cause she contacted a person to try to help her understand what the doctor was talking about. He told her that if she was going to call someone that he was walking out of the appointment.
