I'm only rating this location. Cause let's be honest. Most of the kids behind the counter could give a s@#. The manager will go the extra mile for you. She's built a good team. So if you're in derby and not expecting them to help you find parts once you've diagnosed your problem. They'll get it done.

First, I have never Actually taken the time to post a review Regarding any business which, in its self speaks volumes. That being said If I could give more stars, I would! Staff was nothing short of heroic, Tricia and “Oaky” stayed WELL past close to helping me replace a particularly stubborn head light and ensure I was able to make it safely home, never once made me feel silly or like an inconvenience, which they had every right to do, honestly . In Fact they made it a point to Assure me I was just the opposite (which was In No way true, Bless them) . Above and beyond does Not do them Justice, they are a credit to your institution and Have made a life time customer out of me for sure. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Didn't get what I needed but the employees were courteous and helpful.
Excellent selection of brake pads and they even offer free turning of rotors since we bought ceramic pads
