Dr. Gardner & June the receptionist are the ONLY reason I keep coming back. They are so wonderful, kind and accommodating. That being said, the refill system is a nightmare. There are 4 steps it goes through after calling the refill line before the request reaches your doctor. Even if you call 5 days before the doctor won't see it until it's too late and you're all out of meds. This has happened to me at least a dozen times in the last 2 years, it's more the norm than not. Avoid this place if you have medication that is imperative to have on a timely manner. Their refill system needs a complete revamp to streamline the process.

i love the people here usually but the person i spoke to on the phone about what i need to do to get a therapist seemed very impatient and very irritable to answering my questions and concerns. unhappy.
