Congratulations on the flu clinic at Woodlands School. After sheilding and concerned about attending I found the Covid precautions excellent. I felt quite comfortable and all the staff were friendly. Well done.

Diverting prescriptions away from online pharmacies. Tried to reason with GP receptionist and call them but they're not helpful, they keep saying the patient wanted this and nomination had been changed, when we call the patient to confirm this, this is not the case clearly has no idea why it had been changed. When we call up there prescription ordering direct for our patients they are aware patients are nominated to us but the doctors at the surgery sends prescription to wefare pharmacy chemist, I'm not sure what the relationship between the two is. We have spoken to several our patients in regards using our service and they really want to but this decision is not getting respected. One star for not giving patients choices, but we will be happy to review this star rating, when we get a explanation and a reason why this is happening we will review this rating.

A fantastic well run practice,the receptionist,have a job,that is wide ranging,not just ticking you in! The range of questions and queries they are asked to answer, they cope with, plus the verbal abuse,at times, give them a big thank you ( could you do that job?). A goodly selection of doctors, thank you team.
