after several attempts to cancel my membership over the phone during pandemic was told in person i needed to pay 40 dollars to cancel to a place I havent used in over 15 months. Typical Gym behavior in atypical times. This company will not get anymore of my money. I will have to close the bank account. Great Job!

I signed back up at PF after leaving the edge because my promo contract was up. Since I’ve come back, which has only been about two weeks, I’ve seen people working out with their masks pulled down, people not wiping down their equipment and mats, and broken hand sanitizer dispensers. I just signed up and I’m canceling at the end of the month. This is not the time to risk cleanliness. The employees don’t even pay attention to say something to these people. It was one thing that I commended the edge for. They ensured everyone’s safety. I feel like this location can do much better.
Pretty nice gym got all the basic equipment nice place to lift and its great for cardio so pretty good.
Employees need remember that customers can still hear you even with a mask on. Don't mumble under your breath as to why I need to cancel my membership! It's honestly none of your business as to why I need to terminate it nor is it the companies business to know.
